As last summer's Two Madmen exhibition came to a close in Los Angeles, Clive was already planning an exhibition a little further from home. Consider this early warning of a hoped-for exhibition in Rome, with plans currently being arranged. More details just as soon as they are finalised... In the meantime, Clive has returned to Bert Green Fine Art for a new exhibition in 2009. Bert Green Fine Art Clive Barker - Imagining Man - 2009 Bert Green Fine Art Exhibition The show is currently planned to run from 11 November to 24 December 2009 and will showcase fifty pieces from the Imagining Man photography project, each available in an edition of just 10 signed and numbered prints - now available to view here. An opening reception at the gallery has now been set for 11 November from 6 - 9 pm. Clive is also scheduled for a book signing event on Saturday 12 December from 2 - 4 pm. Recent Exhibitions and Art for Sale ...Following the huge success of Clive's exhibition at Bert Green Fine Art in 2005/6, Bert Green's second exhibition of new original works by Clive ran from 8 November - 29 December 2007 and totalled 45 paintings and 30 works on paper - see the full gallery of artwork here Clive's currently available artwork can be found here on the Bert Green site. In February 2009, four pieces of Imagining Man art were exhibited at the Dirty Show in Detroit. Prints were available at the show as 8 x 10" framed semi-gloss photographs at $250 each. A further solo show at the Packer Schopf Gallery in Chicago, ran from 11 January to 16 February 2008 and all the pieces can be seen in our gallery here. Clive at the gallery, January 2008 Another selection of recent pieces was shown at the The Sloan Fine Art gallery in New York, running from 16 April to 10 May, including the conceptual sketches for the upcoming movie, Midnight Meat Train - see the full gallery of artwork here and installation photos here. The OTIS College of Art and Design hosted a joint exhibition in the Summer of 2008 where Clive shared the bill with Myron Dyal. All the pieces can be seen in our gallery here.
